All orders are shipping out 48 hours after the order is placed and the tracking codes will be emailed once they become active.

We source our inventory form several warehouses located within the United States.

*Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

Customers have 24 hours from playing their order if they wish to cancel or make changes to their order. Please reach out to us through our contact us page if you would like to do so. If your order is incorrect and you do not inform us within this time frame we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Due to any public holidays, you may experience delays on your order. This is something that is out of our control and we will not be held liable for any delays your order may incur due to said holidays.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

 

Cancellations on all orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping on all orders that are not results of Shifted Motorsports order errors.

Special order items cannot be returned.

Any modifications to an address after the order is placed is subject to a fee. The flat rate fee for smaller packages is $20, and for larger or multiple packages the fee is, but not limited to $60.
